We’ll be wrapping up the sauvignon blanc harvest this week. The quality looks really nice and to everyone’s surprise, the yields haven’t been quite as low as we all originally feared. While the spring frosts did have some effect, it was not dramatic for Sauvignon Blanc.

The wonderfully mild weather we’ve had in the last month has allowed for the gradual ripening of what looks to be a relatively small but intensely flavorful crop of grapes.
